Canyon’s detailed description
The Núria Integral canyon is located in Queralbs (Ripollès, Girona) and is the most sporty canyon in the area. With its slides of up to 17 meters long, its thrilling jumps, and rappelling, the guide will make you feel both fun and adrenaline. It is a canyon aimed at those who have already practiced canyoning and enjoy intense emotions, as it is a canyon that does not allow you to be afraid at any moment. Ideal for groups of friends and families who decide to spend a day in a completely natural water park!
The starting point of the Núria Integral is the town of Queralbs. From here, there is an approximately one and a half hour hike to the dam, the starting point of the descent. It is a demanding canyon and it is recommended that only experienced canyoners with good physical condition undertake it.
The difference between the Núria Integral Canyon and the Núria Inferior Canyon is their difficulty. The Núria Inferior is a simpler route, with fewer obstacles and a shorter duration. It is suitable for beginners in canyoning or for those who want to enjoy a more relaxed and gentle activity. On the other hand, the Núria Integral is a more technical and challenging route, requiring good physical condition and previous experience in canyoning. Therefore, this route offers a much more intense and challenging experience for adventure and extreme sports enthusiasts.
In summary, the Núria Integral Canyon is a spectacular route for lovers of adventure, sports, adrenaline, and fun!
Activity operation
We will meet at the meeting point, usually where we will leave the vehicles or from where we will depart with the minimum number of vehicles to the nearest parking lot to the activity.
There, all participants will meet with the guide, we will distribute personal equipment to each person and provide the necessary explanations.
From there, we will all set out to do the activity together. For longer approaches, we ask that you wear comfortable walking clothes, which will be worn under the wetsuit when descending the canyon. We recommend swim trunks or shorts and a sports fabric shirt.
After the activity, we will return to the same point where we left the cars.
Once there, we will change and return the equipment to the guide’s vehicle.
